Mr. Sachin Agrawal

Sachin spends most of his time in understanding the clients' businesses, their
goals and formulating strategies for improvement in the operations, processes,
stabilization of the technology platform and overall cost reduction. cost reduction.
Sachin holds a Masters in Information Architecture,
a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and an Associates in Computer Engineering
Technology from Capitol College, Maryland, USA. He enjoys reading books on philosophy,
business and technology. Inspired by the philosophy of martial arts, he has been
a practitioner of KyoKuShin Karate for over 10 years and also enjoys composing music
and playing musical instruments.

Mrs. Shruti Agrawal Pillai
Executive Vice President, Business Process Outsourcing/ Tarika Technologies
Shruti joins Tarika with experience in managing outsourced business processes for
multinational organizations. She brings in prior experience working for a major
telco in Australia. Shruti is a strong believer in processes and is adamant about
doing things right; contributing to the core values within Tarika Group. With this
attitude, she leads Tarika's Business Process Outsourcing division out of Dehradun,
India.
Shruti holds a Masters in Information System Management,
a Graduate Diploma in Information System from Central Queensland University, Melbourne,
Australia; she holds a bachelors in Hotel Management from Bangalore, India. She
currently lives in Dehradun, India and enjoys spending time with her husband and
3 year old son.

Mr. Piyush Singhal
Vice President/ Tarika EXIM
Piyush started his career with Reliance Industries Ltd. where he was entrusted with
the management of their logistics and commercial division in their Petroleum division
and joins Tarika Exim with 3 years of work experience in Logistics and Insurance.
A soft spoken person, Piyush continuously makes an effort to improve our in-house
processes in the export/import segment and is an expert in sourcing products for
the company and forming alliances. He currently leads the product sourcing in India
for Tarika Exim. In addition to his terrific supervision and coordination with our
suppliers, his division constantly seeks new products and innovations to add to
our product offering.
Piyush holds an MBA from Institute of Management Studies,
Noida, India and a bachelors in Commerce (B. Com) from CCS University in Meerut,
India. In his leisure, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Saini
Senior Manager/ Tarika Technologies
It may be past midnight in India, but when it comes to responding to any client
requests, Ravi is on top of things on his BlackBerry. Adhering to Tarika's processes,
fine tuning them and assisting in formulating the Virtual CIO model, Ravi has been
a vital part of Tarika Technologies. "We have to lead by example" says Ravi and
puts in enormous efforts in studying the client environment.
Ravi holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Application (BCA/MCA) from
I.G.N.O.U and also Bachelors of Arts from Delhi University, New Delhi, India. He
is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
He likes to listen to Punjabi and Hindi songs. He also
likes spending time with his family and friends. Being an outstanding athlete during
his school days, he likes working out and now enjoys playing a variety of outdoor
games, specially soccer and cricket.
